What is the Spine? The Spine is a wall mounted multi-point resistance band anchor. The vertical design gives you high, mid, and low anchoring options for your Slastix Resistance Bands. Which size is best for me? Depending on height space you can choose between the 78or 48options. The 78has 13 band connections points where as the 48has 8 connection points. How does it save space? Spine is mounted directly in to studs on your wall and only come off the wall about 6. It is perfect for a home gym or studio and takes up minimal space once mounted. Whats is the Spine made of? 48and 78Spines are manufactured with 1.5schedule 40 American steel. The Mini Spine is manufactured with 1x 0.65 American Steel. All Spines are finished with a matte black industrial powder coating. How much weight is the spine rated for? spine 48and 78are rated for up to 250lbs of resistance. The mini spine is rated for 150lbs of resistance. This should cover almost all resistance bands currently on the market.
